Please Note:
All bookings are made through the North South Travel Centre at North South Backpackers in Hatfield, Pretoria. Due to this you must either stay at North South Backpackers or at the sister lodge Purple Palms Travel Lodge in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, before you are attending the tour you have booked. It essential that you are there (at the hostels) at least the night before the designated tour starts. Book your accommodation through clicking on the links (via hostelworld.com) or contact us via email! Other arrangements can be made possible, but you must let us know about it.
All payments can be done with your VISA or MASTERCARD. Once you have submitted your booking form for a tour with all the necessary details as to where you are staying etc., a consultant will contact you to arrange the payment, confirm the booking and to confirm your designated tour date.
Once you are at the hostel (it is necessary that you are at one of the hostels at least a night before departure) you will be asked to pay a deposit for the tour. This has to be paid in cash and only South African Rand are accepted. The rest of the payment goes to your tour guide (check with us if it has to be in cash or can be paid with a creditcard).
