Tour Itinerary “Transnam“
back to route suggestions)

This route suggestion (min 2-3 weeks) is starting in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. From here the tour is heading to Swakopmund at the Atlantic Ocean. Swakopmund is the adventure sports capital of Namibia - sandboarding, quad biking, paragliding and ballooning are just a few examples of the adrenalin activities which you can experience in and around town. The next destination is Tsumeb just next to the Etosha National Park, which can be discovered in an e.g. three day trip. Going southwards the next stop is Windhoek, where you can catch the train down to Keetmanshoop and then to Lüderitz, the old coastal in the middle of nowhere. After spending 2 days in Lüderitz the tour is going back to Keetmanshoop, where you can either go back to Windhoek or to Upington in South Africa.
